Everything's going great for Team Phantom, up until Danielle shows up at Danny's door suffering from both Cryo and Pyrokenisis, a gift from the Guys in White. Steranz, the GIW's new leader, is looking to eradicate the halfas for good, and his new weaponry just might do it.
