One of the most terrifying, maddest, and gruesome ghouls in the 20th ward, is the female ghoul herself, Mad Hatter.

No one knows her true identity. But one thing for sure, everyone knows about her unusual, neon orange hair, and the mask which gives frightening vibes.

It is said that no one has ever escaped from the Mad Hatter. Once you're a target, death is near. It's also said that she leaves a white rose dipped in blood near the dead corpse. 

She's not called the Mad Hatter for amusement. She's mad, no, entirely bonkers. As you encounter her at night, she'll begin to laugh. A laugh that's completely twisted and insane.
