An old man lays on his deathbed. God takes him to heaven where he experience God. He begins to truly understand God and the healing process begins. He is reconciled with God and changed from the inside out. He is then transported back to the earth where he accepts God into his life. He writes down his failures in life and how he is sorry. He tells of his story of heaven and asks for his family's forgiveness. He goes to heaven and his son reads his journal. Does his son forgive him and change himself? Exposition: introduces all main characters of the story Rising action: starts with the death of one of the characters or a conflict Climax: turning point of the story. Where the main character makes the big decision that defines the outcome of their story. Falling action: the loose ends are tied up. Often the time of greatest tension, where everything goes most wrong. Villains have the upper hand Resolution: final confrontation between protagonist and antagonist.
