Kayla Matthews is stuck on a boring life, has a daily routine and her favorite hobby it's to spend the last hours of the afternoon watching the sunset at the beach.
One day after watching the sunset, Kayla catches a bus and finds the ride back home interesting. She finds a letter from a boy asking whoever got the letter to be his date on his sister's wedding. Kayla amused about what she read on it she asks the driver if he knows anything about the boy who wrote the letter only to find out that the wedding had already happened the previous summer. But that only got Kayla more curious, until she prepares herself on an adventure to find the boy that even though didn't need a date anymore, left the letter on the bus to be found.
Little did she know that she didn't need to look hard, because he was right in front of her eyes.
