Kate Waltz was born with superhuman speed. She later on she join the Scarlet Speedster know as The Flash and adopted the name Bullet. Kate met and joined Young Justice. As a young superhero, life will never be normal again.
*Note: This has some bits from the Flash and Arrow (shows).
