When Lothor was defeated by Mesogog, everyone thought he was gone for good. Now, 7 years later, he has returned, bent on conquering Earth, after recapturing all the ninjas from the Ninja Academies. Now its up to three new Wind ninjas - Chrissyana, Destan, and Alan - to defend the Earth from Lothor. Will the Earth's newest Wind Power Rangers and the friends they make along the journey, be able to stop Lothor or will Lothor finally be successful in conquering Earth?
