An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Complete

Something Like Spring
The fall had been a big mood ring for Oskar. Breaking the school rules he gets almost expelled from school, but it brings him and Aaron together for the first time in 2 years. Oskar kisses 2 times Aaron, but he doesn't seem to reciprocate his feelings, especially that he's hetero and has a girlfriend. Oskar finds new friends and gets popular for the first time, and everybody starts noticing him, which was one of the biggest dreams for Oskar. However, his new friends turned to be fake, allowing Oskar to get beaten to death. Even though Aaron previously seemed to not care for Oskar, he was the only one who visited Oskar in the hospital every day. After spending the whole winter in hospital, Aaron finally comes out of the hospital and rejoins his friends in school. All eyes in school will be once again turned on a 15-years old boy. Is he ready to confront his fake friends who let him be beaten in a conspiracy. Will he graduate the junior high school having so many setbacks on his head? Will he forgive Aaron eventually? Is Aaron going to reciprocate Oskar's feelings? It's all written in the stars...The last part of my trilogy "Something Like Summer"Complete
His Arrogant Ways
Aaliyah/ Liyah- She's fierce and sassy. Has all the confidence in the world. Biggest problem? Hates people. Has one friend who she barely talks to. She can't stand people at all; especially arrogant jerks. Elijah- Ignorant, troubled and doesn't talk to people. He's never seen with anyone besides his best friends Jonah, Ethan, Jackson, Jay, Xavier, Alex, Toni and not to mention Eric. Never gets anything because he's captain of the basketball team. Jonah- Stubborn, hot, troubled just like Elijah, player and annoying. Xavier- Younger brother of Jonah, less troubled and annoying, keeps to himself. Jackson- 'Too ripped to care about anyone' so Aaliyah says. He loves his work out set and anything to do with the gym. Jay and Eric- Fraternal twins. They have different fathers because his mom was cheating, but is now happily married to a new man who will probably leave with her money in about two months. She doesn't seem to mind. Alex and Toni- Sisters who grew up with these oh- so famous boys. They've been close for years and don't really talk to any other girls aside from one another. They're close in age and with each other. I guess you could say they're 'conjoined at the hip'. When these people come together due to an incident resulting in them being stuck in school for twelve hours one night what will happen after? Will they keep in contact? Will Liyah find their arrogance too much? Or will she simply continue on like nothing happened?Complete

Christina is in love with Gerard, but he doesn't feel the same way. Frank invites her to a party and on the drive there, she gets in a horrible accident that causes her to suffer severe head trauma. She wakes up from a coma with no memory whatsoever. She doesn't remember any of her friends. When they guys decide to take her under their wings and tell her about herself, they leave out that she had depression, hoping she'll be different. Meanwhile, Gerard starts to develop feelings for Christina, to which Mikey responds negatively since he's been in love with Chris since high school. While Christina's recovering, Mikey is the one who helps her the most and she soon finds herself falling for him. However, what happens when at her very first day on campus, she crosses path with Noah Allen? He is rich, popular, cold, rude and a player just to start with. No surprise she calls him Mr. Grumpy. What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. After some not so pleasant moments and lots of glares, she tells herself that the best is to stay away from him, but it won't be that easy. After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. It's what he promised his father and himself, even if it means he has to pretend to care for her. All he cares is his family business. At least it's what he tells himself, until the feelings start getting too mixed and he ends up thinking of her more than he should. Maybe it's not all about business after all. He knows their history started before she even knows, what he didn't expect was for her to be so different from what he has always believed.Complete
