My academic study on the satirical evolution of the Vampire myth. It delves into the history of one of the greatest creatures born from superstition and folklore. This dissertation will create an understanding into how the vampire myth has evolved throughout the ages with literature in the 19th century and later on to film, earning it's place as one of the most iconic hero/villians within popular culture.
