17 year old Imani was the point guard for Whitney High School Wildcats girl basketball team. Imani was also called " Rebound " because she had the most rebounds out of everyone on the girls basketball team.
Its Imani last year at Whitney her mom died for drug usage, her dad ran to live with his new family, her brother sells drugs to get her through school and possibly pay her way to college if she don't get a scholarship.
Along the way of her last year some things happen death, excitement, and stress comes along with it.
Two colleges want her Duke University or Michigan State University.
Which one will she pick?

BOOK 2!!! She was soaked. Her clothes, face, hair, everything was soaked from the rain and I just looked at her. She was breathing heavily but kept eye contact with me anyway. I could see through her shirt but I quickly regain focus. " Are you gonna let me in or not dude" she says biting her lip. As if she planned to come like this alone at night at my house. I pull her in the door by her arm slamming the door shut, about to remind her why she came here.... Isaiah is 19 years old at his university. He plays soccer and one day, after a game, a group of girls approach him. As he was talking to them it didn't take him long to realize they were a grade higher than him. A stare. A stare is what caught his attention when he felt it from the back of the girls. There was a girl in the back who looked at him with such a disgusted look. He had never received this look before so he was puzzled. He then knew that she was gonna be a pain in his ass. That disgusted girl was Hani. She played volleyball and was extremely smart, but she was a very cold person so she had a small group of friends. When she encounters Isiah, she realizes he's the boy that had a traumatic altercation with her little brother. She wants nothing to do with him and only feels disgusted.... Yet they keep meeting? As their rivalry grows something else does too? Attraction? Kinks?... love?

When Cameron walked around to my side, Imani barked at me, "Try the car again!" I did as she asked, my breathing erratic. "I'm trying, I'm trying!" I screamed in panic. I pressed the pedal with all the strength I had and we moved at best an inch. I was seconds away from vomiting. I kept on pressing the gas, but nothing really happened. I went nowhere. Cameron was calm when he banged on my window. I let out a strangled scream. "Open the door, Briana." He demanded of me, but it was gentle. He was always gentle before he was cruel. "Open the door so we can finally talk. Isn't this what you wanted?" I started banging on the steering wheel. "Come on!" I shouted, tears threatening to fall. "Go!" "Open the door, Briana." This time was more stern and serious. Imani was talking to someone on the phone, voice cracking like she was about to start crying. "Please." was all I could make out from her conversation. He banged both of his hands on the window, spit flying out of his mouth. Cameron enraged at this point. "OPEN THE DOOR!"
