He takes them to his old house of which only Lithuania has been in. The only issue is that the other don't know the extent of America. If another country gets a hold of it, the countryhuman that the stone originally belonged to gets chainlocked. Meaning that the country who got their stone has complete control of them, and to show it physically a thick metal bracelet is placed around one of their wrists. ⚠️Also no warnings on ships, so be prepared for anything.
