When eighteen year old Amelia has been forced to enter the Vampire Auction House, she was determined she was about to meet her end. However, what she wasn't prepared for though, was the two dark orbs that stared back at her the moment she landed on stage.
Attending the first season of the vampire auctions was only a mere event The Vampire King attended once a year out of obligation. What he wasn't anticipating, however, was to finally find his mate, after centuries, standing weakily on the auction stage, human and all.

The cells... That was what they called it; where ever I was. I had tried to ask them so many times, but I couldn't speak. I could hear them, or at least most what they said.
