What will you do if the man you adore who you've only seen through your TV screen is suddenly right in front of your eyes?

A young medical student who also works as a night-shift nurse was given the opportunity to represent her university to the International Medical Student Convention held annually in Seoul, South Korea. On her first day in Seoul, she meets Sarang, a Korean medical student who informs her that a drama shoot is scheduled near their hotel that day.

Without any expectations, she decided to take a stroll to see what Seoul has to offer and was fortunate enough to find the site of the shoot where she discovers that her ultimate crush, Kim Min Soo-- a Hallyu star and lead vocalist of the Korean idol band Black Diamond is acting as the male lead.

"You're my calm in the chaos, my certainty in uncertainty." Bang Chan is a workaholic software engineer, a brilliant but perpetually sleep-deprived, neglecting his well-being in favor of endless coding sessions. Despite his friends' attempts to set him up, Bang Chan prioritizes work, fueled by a difficult childhood and the recent loss. Meanwhile Choi Sun-Hee, a talented and passionate surgeon, dedicates herself to her patients despite a troubled past. Forced by her controlling father, the hospital owner, to abandon her writing dreams and become a doctor, Sun-Hee carries a heavy burden. Her father only cares about prestige and a family illness, manipulating Sun-Hee for his own gain. Fate intervenes when one of Chan's friend gets hospitalized, bringing Bang Chan and Sun-Hee face-to-face. As they get to know each other, they discover a shared yearning - Bang Chan for a life balance and Sun-Hee for a life of her own choosing. But their past traumas - Bang Chan's childhood struggles and Sun-Hee's fear - threaten to pull them apart. Will Bang Chan break his workaholic habits and find solace in Sun-Hee? Can Sun-Hee escape her fear's control and pursue her true passion?
