As I continued to blindly sprint through the densely wooded area, I heard the rustling of the leaves behind me. He was close to catching up with me. Out of nowhere, I tripped on a tree root. Even though my knee was gushing blood, all I could do was get back up and run. Before I could even try to get up, I felt a quick gust of wind. When I looked up I saw him. His long chocolate brown curls tied up into a bun, his deep crimson red eyes, porcelain white skin, and his piercing fangs.
