"Wait a minute..." A reptilian eyeball, purely coloured with the darkest shade of crimson known to man. Black veins and a virulent void-like slit for a pupil decorated these gem-like eyeballs.
The year was 2126, in Tokyo, Japan, inside a large city dome in one of the places meant for those of higher societal standing, the rich and powerful. A dystopian, apocalyptic future where capitalism has taken over the world and money runs everything- Earth, the world of 2138.
Well, it hasn't become 2138 yet. That's still 12 years away.
In the year 2126, a DMMO-RPG famously called YGGDRASIL took the internet by storm, particularly gaining immense popularity in the cities of Japan. Although still in its testing phase, the game would soon have the world in a chokehold.
A paralyzed man, who goes by the name of {Blank} in the internet, is viewed as the world's greatest gamer. He's won multiple gaming tournaments, made suggestions to company owners and has made a fortune out of it and lives comfortably. Yet, due to his disability, he only experiences true thrill online.
When he heard of YGGDRASIL, he immediately registered and became one of the first 100 beta testers, and even managed to find a limited time hidden racial offer. His life in the game was as one could tell- he was the best.
Imagine his shock when he has to push himself out of an egg and emerge into a new world as a leucistic cobra. But he isn't a normal snake, he's the Founder of Ainz Ooal Gown; Lord of Chaos- Apophet Nyarchorax.
