I walked out of my room and closed the door. I started to go downstairs where I could hear my siblings talking. I was almost to the stairs when I heard a door open and close. Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.Complete

" I lunge forward at him hitting his groin with my knee then right between the eyes. As soon as I do, he crashes to the ground, out cold. I go for more, but a pair of arms snatch my waist lifting me up. I kick my legs and flail my arms to get closer but he is too strong. "Let go of me!" I demand. "Shut up." I'm done!" I huff in defeat. " This story follows Astrid, a 26 year old female who ran away from home 10 years ago. The only reason she has come back was to get away from the hole she dug her self into. She is running away from her problems again. Life before she ran away wasn't as nice as the public saw it- the sherif's family, happy, and loving. Behind the doors it was orders being barked left and right with no warning or break. Not wanted to deal with this anymore, Astrid ran. On her voyage out, she ran into some trouble that seemed all fine until it wasn't. She comes back home and everything is all fine and dandy until, "Unknown: You thought you could hide forever? I found you, and I can find your friend, Nicole. If you want her safe, you'll be at the ring in an hour." Since Astrid's leave, the town suddenly had a motorcycle gang that hangs around, not realling doing anything in particular, but the sherif doesn't trust them much. I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late.
