"I need your help." You wouldn't think Jared Marshall would come up to the anti-social teen Avery Gillies and ask for her help. "What do you need help with?" Avery asked softly, as she looked up at the intimidating boy. "My grade in bio is dropping and i need to get it up before the end of the school year, or I'm not graduating. You have an A in that class so I was thinking you could possibly help me..." The normally confident boy became shy when he asked Avery for help. "Sure I can help you but what do I get in return?" Avery asked wanting something out of helping him. Jared seemed to actually think about it "I don't know." He said She actually needed a date to my sisters wedding. "Look if I help you get your grade up in bio, you have to pretend to be my boyfriend for my sisters wedding, I told her I would bring my "boyfriend".." Avery said quickly starting to panic by saying this to the boy. "Alright fine I'll be your boyfriend for your sisters wedding." Jared said with a sigh. Avery held up her pinky, Jared look at it confused.."What am I suppose to do?" He asked "We are going to pinky promise that we will help each other." Avery explained Jared simply nodded. "Pinky promise?" He said wrapping his pinky around Avery's tiny one. "Pinky promise." She said pressing their thumbs together.
