Before people come for me with rights about the original story by @TaintedEyes here on Wattpad, I asked permission to do this back in 2016 then forgot about it. Recently I have been thinking about it and have ideas but I have been busy so I haven't been able to update it. I recommend reading Follow Me Home first before reading this as it is what has been going on in my head AFTER the story and if it had a different ending. This is also based on their real ages in the early 2000s instead of the more recent date (which is 2014-16 I think?). Please also know that there are mature themes in this story as I have it marked as mature for a reason.

Okay, so Gerard wasn't exactly ecstatic about where they had ended up. Sure, it was Frank, his best friend's birthday, it was Halloween, and they even had a day of vacation from touring. But when the four of them, Gerard, Frank, Ray, and Mikey, ended up on the outskirts of some random town in Jersey stood in front of a long since abandoned house with all sorts of bad vibes about it, Gerard wasn't all too keen on exploring it. By all means, Gerard loved horror movies and all manners of creepy things, but there was just something wrong about this house, and Gerard knew it. And perhaps Gerard was just a little frightened about the fact that he had no memory of how they had gotten there... Highschool is a living hell. At least that's Gerard's opinion because he can't pass the hallways without being shoved against lockers or called a "fag". God, how Gerard hated this word. In his last year of school, he decides to take a risk and starts a school project in which he wants to find out why all of his teachers and classmates hate homosexual people so much. For his project "homophobia is gay" he interviews a few people but decides that this won't be enough. What if he could introduce one of them to his world and show them that it's not bad to be gay?
