"I love her!" Connor yells in his face pointing towards me. "Do you think I don't?" Aaron screams back. "You owe me this after what you did!" Connor replies. "It wasn't my fault and you know that. Anyway fighting over her is getting us no where it's not up to us its up to her." Aaron exclaims angrily. They both turn to look at me. "So, who's it going to be?" Connor asks. ******* June Stevenson: Beautiful seventeen year old with a twin sister and a big, life changing, secret. Connor Abbott: Disney loving, guitar playing, bad boy. Makes no sense right? Maybe he's not the bad boy everyone thinks and his two depressing secrets really are getting to him. Aaron Johnson: Good looking, player, who hates life and his step-dad for a great reason. Secrets. Everyone has them. Big, small, life changing, or barely even a secret but everyone has one, or two. We put on a smile and pretend we don't but they're there. Everyone's been asked "What's your biggest secret?" And everyone has answered with "I don't know." Or "I don't have one" But, everyone knows and everyone has one. You might think mine would be my boyfriend, not the one everyone knows about but his best friend. And you would be absolutely and completely... Wrong. The size of the secret doesn't have to do with how many people know but, the size of the information. I have a secret no one outside of my family knows and I have every intention of keeping it that way. But, things never go as planned. As Jennifer Jabley once said " Secrets are like stars. They blaze inside the heart and ultimately could be explosive. But there are two types of secrets. Small secrets, like small stars, will eventually burn out. With time and space they lose their importance and simply vanish. No harm done. But big secrets, like massive stars, with time and constant fear grow stronger, creating a gravitational pull that eventually ... When they get so big, they become a black hole." And, boy was she right.

***** Emma Pear knew she wasn't the most popular girl in high school. Her nose was usually buried in a textbook, and her grades were as spotless as her reputation for always following the rules. "Nerd" was a label she'd long since embraced. Her parents, determined to keep her on the straight and narrow, packed her schedule with violin lessons, shifts at the local animal shelter, and tutoring sessions for elementary school kids. Emma barely had time to breathe, let alone experience "normal" teenage rites of passage like parties, late-night hangouts, or even just goofing off with friends. So when the captain of the football team-the captain-unexpectedly asked her to the school dance, Emma saw a glimmer of a different life. She practically begged her parents, and to her shock, they actually said yes. She had no idea that one night, under the glittering lights of the gym, would rewrite her entire story. Blake Black was the kind of high school loner who radiated an almost magnetic quiet. Girls whispered about him in the halls, drawn to his mysterious aura and the fact that he rarely spoke to anyone. Most of his time was spent wrangling his hyper little brother, Alex. Their parents, a brain surgeon and a heart doctor, were perpetually busy, leaving little time for their growing boys. His parents made it clear attending the school dance wasn't optional. They just wanted him to "act like a normal high schooler" for a few hours. Blake's plan was simple: show his face, then ditch the minute he decently could. He brushed off a parade of hopeful girls, already counting down the minutes until he could escape. But then he saw what happened to Emma. And unlike everyone else, he couldn't just stand by and watch.
