When secrets invade and overwhelm Issy, she turns to her photography and three furry huskies. Long walks in the forest turn into wild chases with beasts of all sizes. Her heart is pulled left and right with each new stranger in her life. It's ripping her apart not knowing what to do next, follow her heart or mind? When she realizes how deep these lies the whole town and her brother's have kept from her, she decides to shut everyone out. Or at least she attempts to that is. It doesn't help when three new home complexes are built around her cabin in the forest. Her privacy is gone and she wants to kill all three men because of it. With the weight of the laws barring down upon her shoulders, she must make a decision. One which will either doom her to a life of misery and senseless killings or of love and a litter of pups at her feet. If only she knew which man could give her the latter?
The Walking Fox - DISCONTINUED
Scarlett is a fox hybrid who lives in a world full of zombies but is one of a kind. She is 19 years old and can shoot a gun without missing, stabs like a boss and can fire an arrow easily. She does amazing stunts by doing this though and can get attention with a blink of an eye, mainly by the boys, and survives alone until she finds a camp which are hiding in a hotel so she investigates. She would happily sit on a ledge and shoot zombies without a care and find it relaxing but she comes face to face with the leader. The camp is around her age and the leader has the nickname 'Wolf' but his name is Cory. He is a wolf hybrid and apparently is the boss of them all but when he battles Scarlett to see if she's fit enough to join, she wins and he is completely embarrassed by losing. He lets her join but as his partner in working the place and there are many people to talk to which is unusual for her. Even if all of the boys in the team are gentle, caring, fit and all have a bad boy look, she's not interested in anyone as she's never been in love, she's comfused about how she should feel and act. Maybe someone can show and tell her if she's lucky enough? Country buildings and statues and stuff will be possibly mixed. Example: queen of England in Canada. Remi has always loved the forest, the different sounds, smells, the way she could get lost in it and never have to go home to her non-existent parents. She goes in and out of her life with her best friend everyday just waiting until they're both old enough to leave their small boring town. But one day Remi is attacked, and nearly killed, by a man in the forest. When she wakes up everything's different. She feels something inside her, a power, but she has no idea what happened to her. All she remembers is the man's strange yellow eyes. When three new boys show up at her school, one with yellow eyes, asking her question she gets nervous. And then one night while heading to go get her friend she's taken and thrown into a world she didn't know existed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Remi?" Jen says suddenly. "Hmm?" I hum back. "Do you ever wish you could just live in the forest? Away from everyone and everything?" She looks at me. "Free." We stare at each other for a long time. "If we lived in the forest we wouldn't have gummy bears any more." I comment to lighten the mood. She doesn't find it funny. "I'm serious Remi! What if we did run away?" "Jen, we can't just run away. I know your parents are strict but I truly think they just want what's best for you." She says nothing.
