He shrugged his shoulders as he reached for Charles' jaw, tilting his head to the side and examining his quivering blue eyes that resembled his father's way too much. His thumb slid across the tape over Charles' lips that were sealed shut underneath.
"I don't care if I need to hide underground in a bunker for the rest of my life, I want to be with you and I'm not going to let any of them stop me, and that includes yourself. So how about you stop fighting those restraints and kiss me the same way you did last night, remember?"
