Winter

Steve had a sister who was Bucky's love in 1940. Both of bucky and her always did every thing together. Even if its signing up for the war. When Steve joined she was nervous for her big brother. When Bucky was kidnapped by hydra so was she. When bucky fell off the train so did she.
When hydra found them frozen in the ravine they had there memories wiped. They somehow still could tell they were close. No matter how many times they had there memories wiped they were still friends, but they never told Hydra.
What would happen if when bucky killed nick fury 70 years later that she was with him.
How would Steve react to finding out Bucky AND his sister were alive?
