After the fourth great ninja war, the disaster with the moon ninja and the Otsutski clan. The Hidden leaf and the rest of the ninja world were finally at peace. Until, a man came into the ninja world. Inoga Uchiha was his name, driven by the extinction of the Uchiha clan years ago. He has risen up to power, manipulating rouge ninja to his uses. Almost like the akatsuki but less known for many years. Like a lot of Uchiha he has blue hairs and the menacing power of the mangekyou sharingan. He wants to reenact what Madara wanted to accomplish, this time actually fulfilling it.
