"Look Cain, I can't do this anymore," she shouted at me as I followed her to The Lake of Souls - as she liked to call it. She stopped abruptly and turned to face me. 

"Do what? Act like one minute you love me then the next you want to rip my head off and steal my soul?" My temper get the better of me. 

"No. You just don't understand!"

"Don't understand what? That your some freaking princess that needs to play with someones heart then rip it apart?!"

"No. Cain, you don't understand, I didn't expect to fall in love with you!" Did she just say that? 

Suddenly Lucia falls to the floor clutching her shoulders. A small whimper escapes her lips as bone sprouts from her back growing black feathers alone them. Her eyes shot up to mine. I knew her secret and she knew mine. 

The bible bashed kid who fell for the granddaughter of Satan himself.  

  
Cain lived a life of lectures and detention but one Sunday morning he noticed a new girl in the church he hated. To him Lucia was a gift from God but little did he know she had a dark secret. She's a fallen angel who is to help her father and grandfather take the world away from The White Wings (Angels of God).
