Once upon a time, there was a kind girl named Samantha..
One night, her mother announced that the three sons of the rich family were coming to visit. Each would present their sons to compete for Samantha's hand in marriage.
Samantha was horrified. "I won't go through with it!" she shouted....
Her mother was furious at Samantha for ruining the compete.. She warned that things needed to be set right.
"Marriage is what YOU want!" Samantha shouted. Then she slashed the tapestry that depicted her family and ran away.
Samantha fled deep into the woods where mysterious blue will o' the wisps led her to a cottage.

That's where the similarities between Annabeth Moonlight and what she believes to be the "fairy tale world" end. So now, she also has to figure out which one is "good" and which one is "bad". Just freaking great. And, just after she does that, she gets caught up in a war. (Well, technically, she starts the war, but let's not get caught up in the technicalities, shall we?)
