Bella Muerte has just moved to Saint Mary's Institution For The Clinically Insane because she sees three children. Her main nurse is Patrick Stump, who was told to be her main just 3 hours before her arrival. When he introduces her to everyone, she meets Pete Wentz, who is pretty much the male version of her. They are instantly friends as, thanks to the voices in his head, Pete knows her like the back if his hand.
