Andy already accepted that she's part of the high society. She has been chosen by their grandfather to be the ROOT's successor. She neither agreed nor disagreed about it. Since child, she has a different way of thinking. Seeing how she was different in many ways from other people, she started to get curious about something. She wanted to know how to live like the others, how to be like them. Because of that, she started to get a new life different from what she already have, and away from ROOT. And oh, by the way, Andy really loves freedom.
