Summary: This story is my spin on the legend of the Flying Dutchman. Some of you may have heard of the legend, but you never heard it like this. In an alternate world of steam, diesel and elemental magitek, there are two kinds of people. The quick and the dead. Evangel Creed, a bank clerk, dies during a botched heist, and Melissa Norvell, a gun-toting , . Compounding the insanity of it all, she tells Evan that he was supposed to be dead as well-that the Evan of her dimension is already dead, and that it's her job to keep him alive. To keep him safe. And to get him to the one person that might be able to fix it-the captain of the Flying Dutchman.All Rights Reserved
