Frisk and her sister, Chara, march up the "forbidden" mountain of their town. Mount. Ebott is apparently where all the monsters are. Frisk doesn't want to climb up. She's read all the books about the monster war. Chara is all set to walk right into the mountain.
Once they reach the top, Chara dares Frisk to yell into the seeping hole in the middle of the mountain. Frisk climbs into the oval shaped hole and yelled "Hello! Okay, I'm done, Chara. Wait..woah!" Will Frisk survive the fall, or will Chara help Frisk up.

Humans fear the monsters more then they did before and force them to live out of their city behind a wall. Frisk still has much to do though, as she and Asriel we accepted to go to school in the city while their brother, Branden, continues to train and protect all of Monsterkind. Eventually, his patience runs thin and starts to take things in his own hands, but will he make things better? After all, Frisk, Sans, and Branden all remember what happened before getting out, vividly.
