King Gualtiero and Queen Eillis had a beautiful daughter that they had kept the birth of secret, for they had wanted the people to think their child was born on the day of tricks since the holiday had been close. They told no one of the birth of the child except their closest friend King Leal of the southern Kingdom since Leal was to be the godfather and wanted to be there when the baby was born. Two days after the baby was born a murder was committed. Everyone mourned the loss of a great King and Queen without the knowledge of the child ever being born. At the same time, everyone cowered as the kings wicked younger brother, Cain, took the throne. Will the people of the kingdom ever know their stories of the unborn child being alive are true, or will the people's hope fade as time passes with no child? Will the mystery of the king and queen's death ever be solved or will the murder live free?

If you want to rewrite my story in any way, just ask, and I will make sure the story idea isn't to close to mine, but other than that I really don't care. As this is my first story and is mostly my testing story.

The Quarter is quiet. Marcellus controls the vampires. The wolves live like outcasts in the Bayou. The Witches have a rocky peace with the vampires. The Mikaelsons raise Hope in their family home. All is peaceful, quiet despite the minor disputes. However the newest Scottish visitors have a long history that they plan on bringing to town. --- "They don't like the idea of new vampires in New Orleans." He reports shamefully, holding his head downwards. The butler seemed as though fearing for his life. I hold the lavender ball gown up to my chest, looking at myself in the floor length mirror. "On the contrary, dear Joseph," I pause, listening as my sweet Scottish accented voice floats around the room in tranquility. I turn to him, my ice eyes resting on him. "We are very, very old vampires." I drop the dress, and the butler looks up in fear. My movements are as fast as a striking snake, tearing out his throat in such a swift movement there's barely any mess. I look into his eyes as he raises his hands to his neck, falling to the ground in a light thump. I walk back and pick up the lavender dress, admiring my smiling reflection in the mirror as the tragically human butler bleeds out onto the expensive Russian rug. --- Some plot lines and moments of the Originals has been altered for this story. Camille is human (alive). Marcel is not a super vamp. However, Hope is seven years old. I only own the events and Characters I design, the rest all belong to the CW and the wonderful writers.
