Lily is a high school student with a pessimistic outlook on life.

When the new school year starts, a new kid shows up, changing her life forever.

The DAA (The Defense for the Abandoned Agency) thinks Lily would make a good defender.

They think she is healthy, both physically, and mentally.

As a Defender, Lily must obey all rules and keep her assignment safe form any threats, both physical and mental.

But when Lily gets her first assignment, everything becomes clear. 

She can't help but break the most important rule in the entire agency.
