Penelope Sterling is perfectly fine with a normal life: that was her plan all along. She plans to become a newspaper reporter and chase the random occurrences of other people's lives, but for herself, she plans to leave the mayhem in her writing and out of her life.
However, when someone at her school starts stealing money, first from the students, the teachers, and then the school officials themselves, Penelope knows she has to do something.
What she doesn't expect? A team in the form of Finn Walker and Asher Jay, two friends dedicated to finding the thief, however they can.
Together, Penelope, Finn, and Asher work to find the thief, but can they do so without causing harm on themselves?
