Nadia and her husband were talking when he suddenly announced; "She is a chocolate cake your friend, you know?" In her mind she asked "can't we keep the conversation just about us?" "That is nice, and what am I?" "Oh, honey you are a Pound cake!" Tears started to run down her cheeks. It was times like these that Nadia hated herself the most, here she was waiting for a kind word from Sharif while he was consumed with lust for another; she felt invisible to him. In her mind she thought; "I am not a Chocolate cake, I am not even close... I am a pound cake to him!"
