Prequel to 'Broken Hearts & Lonely Stars'
~*~
Life could never get easier for Rhea Daniels. Starting senior year with her best friends and throwing girls' hearts over her shoulder, Rhea never thought this year would be her breaking point. Rhea wasn't the type to be tied down, she was mainly those player types that had flings with any girl she had her sights on. In her mind, showing emotions is weakness including love. It's been engraved into her set of mind that anything different from her cold hearted exterior is weak. But what happens when a certain brown eyed girl crawls under her skin and makes her feel something she was forced to lock away or when the person she trusted suddenly blurts out her sexuality to the very man who dislikes homosexuals?
She was ready to fight against the world especially the old man who throws insults at her left and right but she was never ready for the sudden betrayal that made her start hating everything with a passion. She was never ready for her heart to be broken by a girl who promised to never leave her.
She's known to be heartless but behind this cold exterior of hers, there's a fragile heart beating and a broken soul. Rhea Daniels may not know what the meaning of love is but the only thing she does know is that Rhea Daniels never backs down from a fight especially from a bastard who could easily take something that made her feel alive for once.
