"Life is just a mess right now..." I groaned, staring at my feet stuck to the ground, as if they were coated in cement.
"Well... What if I told you I could make you smile today?" He smiled, placing a hand on my shoulder.
"I... I probably wouldn't believe you."
"Follow me." He smiled, taking my hand and dragging me outside the door out of school.
"Wait! Where are we going? Let me go!" I began to twist my arm, however he was merely stronger than I was, hence his build.
"We are going on an adventure! And I'm not letting you go until I make you smile, Jack."

Smiling, I was happy in the moment, and the world didn't matter one bit. I was with my Jack and that was all that mattered.
