The year is 1941, and World War II is in full swing. Clara Ryans, an agent of the SSR posing as a simple immigrant, meets a man who just may blow her cover. James Buchanan Barnes.

The year is 2016, and what's left of the brainwashed Winter Soldier continues to hide from country to country, but he can only avoid fate for so long. Brooklyn's pull on him is too strong, amd eventually, he finds himself drawn to the city where the memories of a girl with green eyes are stronger than ever.

In both 1941 and 2016, however, Bucky Barnes is chasing ghosts.
