It's just a poem for fathers, they are trying you know? And they deserve to be noticed, I love my dad so much, he's the best man I know and the only man I love completely cos he was there through it all.

Someone Like Adam
"You know, it won't physically hurt you to be nice for once." I crossed my arms in front of my chest and groaned. "I don't want to take a chance." the corner of his lips lifted a little as he finished his sentence. "Well, you don't hear me complaining. The view of a someone so desperately working out is not a delight either." I retorted in a weary voice. "I bet it isn't." he narrowed his eyes at me and commented. Ugh.. Why is he so damn annoying? "You know what, just take your arrogant ass out of my room." I scowled at him, pointing towards the door. With small steps, he walked towards me. I took a step backwards when he neared me. He was invading my personal space, making me a bit flustered. The urge to push back his golden-brown hair covering his forehead was increasing with every passing second. "Gladly." he mumbled against my face and then walked past me out of my room. It took me a minute to calm down my racing heartbeat. ... He was a mystery, an enigma I wanted to solve. I was running...running endlessly trying to find the door in this long dark hallway At the end of the hallway i finally found the front door ' i finally escaped ' i thought as i made it through the door into the front of the house I ran, ran as fast as my tiny legs could allow me to move...as i reached the front gate my body froze in fear All i heard was a dark chuckle from Him. My kidnapper, the person whom i longed to get away from *Clap* *Clap* *Clap* "Good job bambina" he says as he walks closer toward me " I-Im sorry " i mutter as tears start flowing from my eyes " awh sweetheart whats with the tears ?
