And A Private military group known as BETA, consisting of 3Squadrons.

(Second book of the War series) Six months after the Alliance took South America, Central America, and the US has proved to be a challenging time for all involved. Despite holding advantage in a lot of areas, they are still fighting two wars, one against Cerberus and the other against the Corrupter's Armada, previously known as the Anthro Army. Focusing on the latter, the Alliance has made slow yet steady progress in retaking Canada, while the members of the previously known Human Army, the Shadow Legion, were defending against Cerberus. Events have also been happening that have been, so far, unexplainable. Reports from all over have been giving signs of a fourth Army, one of unknown origin or numbers. They arrive suddenly from out of nowhere and attack a place, before disappearing just as quickly. It is assumed that whatever this army is, they are beyond advanced when it comes to hiding a large force. The Eastern Continents are no exception either, as scavenging teams have reported a sudden change in behavior from the Reapers. Where Reapers would normally patrol all over, they have completely changed in strategy and have gone deeper into the Eastern Continents. While some towns are considered Reaper free, others have Reapers guarding it, preventing anyone from entering. It is still unknown as to what could have caused this sudden shift, and that worries a lot of people. Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. The Ability Era

The story revolves around this organization called the Intergalactic Brigade Force(IBF) which is kind of like a special police made up of people with abilities(powers). The ability persons(AP's) are ranked by letter, Squad A being the best, and Z the worst. The beginning of the story focuses on Squad Y and their mission to stop an arms dealer called Red Coyote. The focus shifts away from them and shows the perspective of a plethora of characters such as a robot cowboy, a crazy mind controller, some weird prison inmates, and later shifts to a school of AP children. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
