Marilyn Rutherford was a normal sixteen year old living with her brother in New York until she stands up to a Culcainian boy on the train. Little did she know, she has became the biggest threat to Culcainia; She's what they call a Lethal.
It is now Marilyn's job to get back the USA and overthrow the Culcainian Junta that controls the country.
