Wind. Thunder. River. Shadow. Blood. Sky. Generations ago, Firestar, one of the great leaders of Thunderclan, saved the clans from destruction time after time. However, many see his efforts as for nothing, as the six clans have been displaced many times since, shunted around while the cats try to escape from the ever growing threat of the Twolegs. When they finally seem to find a home free from the Twolegs and safe to stay in peace, they soon realize that it might not be all it seems to be. Now, a new prophecy from Starclan has been revealed by the medicinecats and a new threat has arrived in the form of the dreameaters, creatures who come in the night to invade the dreams of cats, leaving them to wake up with wounds that weren't there when they fell asleep. When cats suddenly begin to die in their sleep from these dream injuries, all six clans must band together to fight an enemy that might not even truly be real. Can the supposed subjects of the prophecy, six cats who bear the names of their clans, put aside their differences to save the cats they call their families? (Part one of the Dreams of the Clans series)

Lol, this is actually a terrible description for what actually happens in the series cause I changed a bunch of stuff, but I'm too lazy and uncreative to change the summary. Also, warning for graphic descriptions of violence.

This is set in the same universe as Duststar860's story Escaping Fate. If you read hers, you might start to notice that they  have some of the same cats, except hers is in RiverClan, and this starts in ShadowClan. By the way, go read Escaping Fate.

Omen of the Sun Book One: Secrets in Shadows ✅ by Hollyleaf_

To a loner named Sun, life's been hard ever since her mother left her because of a power she didn't understand. Soon, she runs into the four Clans: CloudClan, HollyClan, BreezeClan, and FlowerClan. She joins CloudClan, determined to start over and make a new life for herself. She doesn't need her mother. She doesn't need anyone but her new family, her Clanmates. On the night of her official welcoming into the Clan, something changes her mind: a prophecy, from the ancestors of her Clanmates. The prophecy states that the "apple will rise." The daughter of the leader, Applefoot, was never friendly with her. Suddenly, a plot seems to be uncovering itself right in front of Sunpaw's eyes. And with her power, she's the perfect candidate to rise to the top and save everyone. But something is stopping her. Something is tainting her soul, persuading her to use her powers for evil, and not good. Unless she can break free of what's binding her, she won't be able to use her powers for good. All she'll be able to do is cause pain, more pain, and even more pain. But it's not so easy, especially when she's got herself tangled in the ropes of the darkness. Suddenly, she realizes that she's no better than Applefoot. Paired with slowly falling hopelessly in love with a cat who never is clear with her, breaking free of her dark insides is seeming harder and harder. If she can't do it, then she'll never be able to see the face of good again. She'll be another apprentice gone wrong, and all she'll be remembered for is darkness. Sunpaw can't let that happen. But unless she figures out how to cut herself free from the darkness, then it will happen. And there will be nothing she can do it about it.

(I recommend reading the actual Warriors series by Erin Hunter before reading this. This is just fan-fiction, however all of the characters are mine. Any resemblance in names to Erin's already existing characters is not intentional.) When twolegs drive the clans from the lake territory and force them to travel to new lands, they face new threats. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her. Not to mention the prophecy that says she'll die, which, according to StarClan, is subject to change by she, Sunpool. Sunpool doesn't want to die, but she's got more on her plate than trying to figure out how to change a prophecy, which shouldn't even be possible. Between new discoveries of powers in her friends to coping with Goldleaf's death, with the added challenge of trying to defeat Applestar, coupled with trying to keep up a normal life for the sake of her Clanmates, she can hardly handle one more thing. Then there's the mysterious omen from StarClan that says that maybe - just maybe - there's a way to bring back Goldleaf. But all magic - especially powerful magic like this - comes with a price. Sunpool will do anything to get Goldleaf back, especially now, that she thinks they might have a future, but can she pay this price? Then there's Lightningfeather changing sides every other day. No cat knows who he's truly working with: his sister, or the cat he loves. Applestar's kits are growing fast, and Sunpool fears that they may have an added twist in the prophecy. Moreover, she fears that one of them might have to die so she can get what she wants. Can she be this selfish? Tangled in webs of lies, missing cats, death, love, and sacrifice, it all comes down to one question: How far will one cat go to get what they want? A battle is approaching... and the prophecy is coming to completion. Who will pay the price for another cat's happiness? Will the dead stay dead? Or will a cat whose heart has stopped walk the earth once again?
