Ninjas? ?), a dictating rulership, humour in ur suitable quantity and a crazy, stupid, idiotic, (could've put that in one word but I couldn't help emphasizing it...) evil, manipulative, heh-heh cute~ *snaps out of it* (oops...was drooling for a moment there...Ahem) very young dictator, weird hair (no explanation for the moment) and an impossible romance (not a Romeo Juliette barf up!) but. of. course. their will be action!
