An Angel in Disguise//Phan

Phil has just moved to a new school. His has a loving mother, but his father is bi-polar. One minute he's happy and the next he's beating Phil to the ground. Phil gets bullied at school. He even gets beaten up occasionally. There's is a gang that usually beats him up, but there's one boy in that gang that doesn't beat Phil up. Who is this boy and how does he feel about Phil?
