12 year old Lyla lost her mother in a car accident when she was 4, she was in the same car accident but only came out with a few injuries. Ever since then her father has mentally and physically abused her. Finally, when she was 10 someone called CPS and she was moved to an orphanage. For 2 years she has been from home to home being either physically abused or mentally abused or ignored or not taken care of properly. When a certain blue haired boy discovers this broken girl, will she be sent back to the orphanage or will she finally find a place to call home?
