Keira's family has never been able to defend itself.  Struck by poverty, ravaged by famine and forced into a border war they never asked for, Keira's parents have now left her alone to fend for herself and her little brother Trinell.  When they fail to return from the front lines of war, Keira knows she must take matters into her own hands.

Her solution?

Capture a demon.
