"I can do this Mason. I want to do this."

He put his hand on my cheek, "I care about you Cassidy, and things I care about usually end up broken."

"We can do this Mason." I whispered.

His lips brushed mine, "If anything happens to you, I'll never forgive myself."

Before I could say anything else he kissed me, and all my fears disappeared. I smiled into the kiss, wanting this moment to last forever, but I knew all good things must come to an end so I pulled back.
