Ian's just some guy until he gets himself some powers and becomes more than just some guy. He gains the powers of Bladeworks, (or at least, that's what his annoying mentor calls it.) and is trying to just gain a sense of normality in his life. He's supposed to choose between heroics and villainy, but he'd rather just take a nap. Problem is, time waits for no one, and when you're super-powered, wanted by the police, have a crazy old man in your head, and have a 3 book reports due next month, times gets especially impatient.
