In this book Ashley writes letters to her friend who lives next door.
Ashley is good friends with her neighbor, Carly. They go to the same school, hang out a lot, and have lived next to each other for years. They have been bestfriends since 1st grade, which seems like a long time now that they're in high school. Ashley soon realizes that she has started to have feelings for Carly and decides to write her a letter. Unfortunately, Ashley finds out that Carly has a boyfriend - which makes things even harder.
