Sometimes when Im anxious or sad I pull out my phone or a notebook and I start writing. A lot of the time I write poems about whats going on in my life, or poems inspired by imagery, or just stories in the form of poetry. These are the ones that I think are worth sharing.

In times of solitude and despair I tend to drift away into a gloomy state, just thinking about how if, I could pen down these thoughts into words and document them for the purpose of reference and comfort.
