"Hello, you've reached Dr. William Summers. If you're hearing this prerecorded message, I am unable to answer your call. I may be indisposed, or I may simply be ignoring you. Please, refrain from leaving a message after the tone, as I will not be listening to it. I will not be calling back, and in the future I will do my utmost to ignore any and all of your attempts to contact me.

If I have insulted you in any way, please contact the university to file a complaint. They have a whole folder for me. My very own folder.

Good day."

Dr. William Summers is the best psychologist in his field. He's handsome, arrogant, and also woefully antisocial. He's never had a patient he couldn't diagnose.

That is, of course, until he met Mirabel Hayes.
