🌈【𝒶𝓃 𝓂𝓂 𝓁𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝓈𝓉𝑜𝓇𝓎】 "I felt him gently press his hand into the curve at the small of my back, smile against my ear, and my heart raced as he pressed me into him just a little bit more, leading me around slowly to the music. I buried my face in his shoulder to hide how red my face had gotten. I wanted his gentle, callused hands to press so much harder against me... His careful touch was lighting me on fire. I was trying to hold it together." • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Aubrey Martin's life has been one misstep after another since his grandfather passed away. FLEEING AND FEELING

24 parts Ongoing Mature

"Between friends, unspoken feelings can feel like a fragile thread pulled taut; one denies its existence while the other hides behind its delicate weave, both yearning for the courage to unravel what lies beneath." Ian and Julian, long-time best friends, find themselves in a complicated situation following a wildly inebriated, somewhat unconventional evening, which disrupts their lives. An awkward situation arises! To complicate matters, Julian poured out his emotions that night, only to later dismiss it as an error. Typical melodrama, wouldn't you say? However, Ian possesses an exceptional memory. While Julian hastily dismisses the incident, Ian's keen recollection paints a different picture. He senses Julian's insincerity and detects a discrepancy. Ian isn't one to evade unresolved issues, preferring to confront them head-on. As they deal with the fallout of their actions, conflicting perspectives, and clashes in temperament, emotions run high. The situation intensifies as they confront their feelings, leading to revelations about family secrets and youthful indiscretions. Layers upon layers of undisclosed information, intertwined with a sprinkle of adolescent recklessness and folly. Fleeing and Feeling is a captivating coming-of-age tale of love, secrets, and the often absurd journey of young adulthood, reminding us that sometimes even the messiest of situations lead to the most honest answers. @Mature.
