Grant Thomb (aka Killer Kool) is the super villain of Alium City, and all he wants to do is defeat The Fighting Flame. However, he finds himself attracted to this hero's alias, Colt Kimbers. He thinks this man is just an average Joe, not a crime-fighter.
Colt Kimbers is just a normal librarian. Well, that's what people think, anyway. He's actually a superhero named Fighting Flame and bent on defeating Killer Kool. One day, he meets another librarian by the name of Grant Thomb. He instantly falls in love with him. Little does he know, this is the guy he fights to keep the city safe.
